DD is a P3 on my 14U travel team and has been working IR mechanics for some time. I havent paid much attention to her pitching because it's a secondary position for her, and she keeps it up in case she is needed to pitch on a freshman team next season. Plus, she is pretty effective in some spots. The other day I was at her lesson (DW usually takes) and I captured some slo mo video of her move. I was not too happy to see that she was turning her palm back on pitches where she should have been palm up. She is fine in her Warmup arm drills, but loses it at full circle. She still manages to cut in the correct spins most of the time, but I'm sure she isn't getting the most out of her motion. If anyone has any advice on how to drill this so it sticks at game soeed, I would appreciate it.
