This thread reminds me of a story one of my coach friends tells. He had a golden retriever who loved balls. Didn't matter what kind, if you saw this dog she had a ball in her mouth. He comes home one day and found 100s of balls in his yard. Someone left the barn open and the dog went in and took every softball, every baseball, every wiffle and every machine ball out of buckets and carried them outside. That evening his kids (who left the barn open) had the least fun easter egg hunt ever
Being like them and growing up are mutually exclusive.
