I tried out for a couple pro teams this past summer. I was actually called back for another look but was unable to go because I had injured my knee about 2 weeks previous to the call. I'm trying to get myself back into shape for this summer/spring tryouts.

I would like to know if there were specific weight lifting, cardio, etc. that would help me get myself into the shape. And also softball drills that I could work on to help with my skills and make them better? I'm an infielder/catcher.

If there is a certain diet or foods that would be good for me to help with this I would like to know about that too =)

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks!

This workout was specifically designed for elite players like you.

This is the same conditioning techniques and innovative exercises that the best colleges use, that the best players in the world use as well.
