Who should the coach tell about practices first, the players or the parents?

DO everything in GC. problem solved. each fan and each player can choose what type of alerts they want to receive.

Dd's coach (second year 14U) emails us parents and similarly to you she does all the scheduling through SportsYou. So everyone is on the same page.

We use band for our group chat softball and basketball. We have practice schedules months in advance unless it gets canceled. Same location every time for basketball, and either practice fields or our training facility.
