Just a few observations.
I'm no pro so take it for what its worth.
1. Her drive foot should stay pointed toward the catcher before the stride. If you notice, she pivots it sideways before the stride. I believe most girls do this because they are preparing to get open during the stride.
2. Her drag foot is somewhat acting as an anchor during the stride, slowing her down a bit. Try having her drag the tips of her toes instead.
3. She's definitely leaning forward. This is so common, I haven't met any pitchers before that didn't go through this. My DD still has an issue with this but she's eliminated it for the most part recently. May come back who knows lol.
Fixing the issues will require patience and a lot of time 1 on 1. Always fix one thing at a time, and just take a break if it's getting to stressful. As others have said it's a marathon and you'll get through it if persistent and patient. Good luck.
