Where to buy softballs?

I'm looking to pickup a couple dozen 11 inch balls. Where is everyone finding the best deal? The ones I grabbed at academy have not lasted. I'm looking for good quality balls.

If you ask around I would guess you could get a bunch for free, I keep meaning to give my 50 or so to our leaque.

1/2 of them are Bute fully tapped.

Wal-mart sells a 4 pack of Worth balls for $10. They aren't top tier balls,but they've been pretty good.

Softball.com and Softballsavings.com often have deals as well.

All reliable online stores.

You want leather... synthetics are garbage.


If you don't mind used, just go to any local 12U team. I guarantee their coach has a bucket of 11" balls sitting in his garage.

Go to a softball complex. Many times, the workers will find all kinds of balls left in the parks over the weekend and have their own collection just sitting there, waiting to get rid of them.

I found some Champro ASA and USAA game and tournament balls on epic sports.com for $44 a dozen. They have held up really well through a season of drills, BP and games.
