I like 60s, 70s and 80s baseball too but that is not where the game is at now. There is no such thing as the ole "two out rally , hit it up the alley". Its strike out or hit it out. Very few contact hitters make to the bigs. Fortunately for us Angel fans, we have David Fletcher who is a real throwback.

in good swings it’s level always. Adjustments can lead to less optimal. But level is what the goal is , even in today’s game.
