This isn't the perfect clip because there is some panning of the video. However, I think it does show a coil action and positioning of the body and weight shift is something that just happens as a result of positioning.

Good example of the core turning back as a unit (hips and shoulders turn the same), the rear leg being in control of the move forward, and the swing shifting the weight against the front side.

Epstein teaches the legs and arms act on the torso (creates the torque), the legs work against the arms/hands. The torso is worked on by the legs/arm action.

Myers teaches the spine engine creates the motion along with springy fascia being stretched or loading the spring. The torso creates the motion/action.
