Warm up with bat weight in on deck circle

Thanks Amy. The bats we use are the lighter ones. I believe the 65 oz on the Bratts and the 68 oz on the Meiga Warmup bat.

On our team 2 years ago we did Amy's system with tennis balls. We used a bratz bat, a wiffle ball bat and then their own bat. We did soft toss with the tennis balls. I must say that after a few weeks of using that system I noticed them hitting pitchers they had trouble with earlier in the year. I still do that drill with my dd.
