IMO, the Klingons have infected the site. It was a test run. Their intent is to steal all of the data presented here and create a HE pitcher with IR. They all will create a hitter that gets great extension with their connection.

BTW, if it were the Romulons, they would have just blown up the site after dropping out of their cloaking device.
