Videos - How are ya'll creating them? (m)

I mean I know you use a digital camcorder or camera; but how do ya'll edit them as I have seen them in some of the posts? I would love to do this with dd's hitting/pitching/base running.

I use photoshop premiere, but it has limitations and isn't as cool as some of what you see on here
I think most use some form of moton analysis program. Most of these are between $150 and $400. There is another recent post that has a free program on it I'm gonna download today and try.
