Video posting question??

Hi everyone. I found this and hoping to get lots of tips, help, etc. I was trying to upload a hitting video for some comments/suggestions but I don't know if this forum allows videos? If they do, how do I post it. I tried attaching but i kept getting an error message.

Get a youtube account if you don't have one already and upload it to there. Make the video public. Click on the video in youtube and then copy the link. Start a thread and then insert the video link using the "Insert Media" option by clicking on the button that has three dots followed by a down arrow.
