Velo Pro Have you used it?

Hi guys wondering if anyone has bought a Velo Pro for hitting? If you have one have you seen any improvements like they claim? Does it come with a list of drills to use while you have the device on? All feedback is welcome! Thanks

I just bought one, came yesterday. To small to fit my fat gut, so it will be awhile before I get to use it with my students.

My thinking was it gives external feedback for a spring like action in the body.

I'm interested in feedback on it as well. It was a little spendy as far as hitting aids goes.

Another reason I bought it was Joey Meyers said he liked it for students that over rotate the backside. I have a kid that rotates to much.

I also feel like it will help with FYB, create a feeling of staying back.
