I developed a quick Excel application that allows me to take the exported GC stats and with in minutes it updates my sabermetrics including player rankings and a green, yellow, red scale for performance.

So did I.
I have a few girls over .500 -- I need a new category for them. Should it be:
A) Extraordinary
B) Super Duper
C) More Great
D) Shouldn't be playing on a B-level team anymore
over .500 for weighted on base average? and more than one? Thats pretty good.
Im curious now how many others have players over .500?
Sabermetrics is a fairly simple math equation and you can customize it to your own criteria. As an example, I added k’s looking as a negative influence and increased the weighting on walks
I wouldn’t get hung up on having some A level players performing way above the rest of you team if your simply using it to build your line up
You must have some legit score keepers as I have zero way of know if a SO was looking or not.
@SESwildfire, if you are a local team and hold tryouts you should have this data on your opponents on hand. You know exactly how those players perform against your level of pitching.
