Winter Hitting Clinic
Saturday February 6th, 2016
10am - 2pm
Grades 7 - 12.
Limited to 50 total participants.

This clinic will will be split into 3 segments:
10:00 - 12:30 Hitting
12:30 - 1:30 Sport Performance
1:30 - 2:00 Recruiting Information
During the hitting session, we will introduce the primary concepts of our hitting philosophy. We will incorporate tee and front toss drills that we utilize in our daily practices. We will also provide video analysis of each player's swing.
During the Sport Performance session, one of our UMass Lowell Sport Performance coaches will provide instruction on basic movements that are utilized in our daily strength, power, speed, and agility workouts.
During the recruiting session, we will provide some basic information on the recruiting process, do's and don't's, and what a student-athlete should expect once they get to college.
Due to the size of this clinic, we will be hosting it at a nearby off-campus facility. We will provide more information on the location as we approach the clinic date.
