Does anyone have a full gif of both of these drills? I can't find any and haven't figured the gif making thing out yet. Thanks

Thanks. I think I have read and watched the videos on pg 15 a hundred times. How did I miss that? BTW I am seeing progress in my 10 and 15 year old using these drills. I will post some video when I get a chance. We are also working on the horseshoe change stopping the upper arm at release. It falls off the table when thrown good. The 10 year old is really just starting to pitch and the 15 year old has caught the pitching bug again after some disinterest in working to be successful. I have had a few light bulbs go off in pitching and hitting these last 2 weeks thanks to this site. I appreciate the help.

If I may suggest... get that 10yo involved in a workout routine. The plyo routine (jump and floor) in the DM thread will really help her get ahead of her growth curve. Can't wait to see the progress!
