I talked to one of my Smoker Forum buddies several years ago. I said I've heard of smoked balaogna from several guys. They are all from OK...whats up with that? His answer was "you have good taste in friends". Didn't really ever learn much more than that on the topic.

Smoked bologna sounds so awesome

I'm not a bologna fan by any measure of the word but there are 2 ways I actually love it. 1 is fried in butter and the other is smoked.
