and has a DD playing softball and a DS playing baseball, this Rawlings NP7 is perfect!! This pattern is absolutely perfect for both! This is the 12.25" Horween NP7 I received in a trade for my Timberglaze NP7. I'm loving this glove more every time I use it, to the point it's going to become my go to glove I grab for practices and lessons. It's just fun to use! And to @OsDad, yeah I know you told me so!thumbnail (85).jpgthumbnail (86).jpgthumbnail (87).jpgthumbnail (88).jpg

Just wanted to post this as I've had several PM's this week from some Dads who wanted to buy themselves a new glove! I highly recommend this one, especially since the Wilson sale is over!

Anything over 11.75" would feel entirely too big for me with a baseball. I believe I used a 11.5" glove when I played.

Yeah I get that, but it would work, and work great! Of course the emphasis in our house has always been towards the larger softball. This glove is a 3B baseball design somewhat like the 12.25" RV23 and Pro207, just with the single break NP pattern. I think Chad @ SBF brought this glove back for the slow pitch infield crowd.

It would work for sure. That said I am using an 11" glove right now and don't have any issues catching a 12" softball albeit I am not trying to go into the hole and backhand any balls...LOL!! I always just loved the way a small glove just felt like it was part of your hand.

I still use my 12" Pro1000 a lot, I don't own a glove smaller than that, although it actually measures 11.75". But there's a pretty big "feel" difference between that 12" Pro1000 and that 12.25" NP7.

11" glove catching a 12" ball........that's mathematically impossible, you of all people should know this sir!!
