I was noticing that her mechanics changed throughout the clip: generally good at the beginning then broke down in the last. The first three shots show some good effort to maintain posture as evidenced by toe touch at plant and laces down going into release. The last two clips show a breakdown in focus where we see heel first at plant, heel dragging, drag knee behind the hip, front leg squishing and overall posture breaking down.

The question is how are you working on FSR and the glove swim-closing too early. I would try telling her to push back from the ground when she lands or have her 'stab' the ground with her foot. For not staying open enough ask her to have her chest face 3b longer. You might have to adjust and use the 3rd base bench as a target.
