Can someone give me some info on the drill depicted in the picture? Never seen this one and was curious if it is something my DD should be doing.

I just pulled that pic off of Internet because I was looking for the name of the ball. That pic.and exercise may or may not have anything to do with pitching.

My daughter caught for a girl at an OU camp and they were using the ball to teach drive off the mound and front side resistance.
