Tanel360 or Ringor

Looking for opinions on the new rigor Diamond Gem™ Cleat. My DD's have used ringor but about 3 years ago have switched over to the Tanel 360 they like the ringor but felt that the weight was too much for a cleat. The new ringer Diamond Gem™ Cleat claims it is very light 2oz per cleat vs the older models.

Any opinions????
