Swing examples needed (leg kick)

Forward Yet Back.

I'm open to correction/clarification, but I see it as nearly synonymous with FBC (Forward By Coil), but is used to emphasize the need to remain balanced and controlled throughout the swing sequence. Or maybe it's just the position you should be in at the end of FBC? I'll stop typing before I derail my own thread...

There are different incarnations of a leg kick too. I think it can really start the engine and get even more from the lower half. Of course there are things you have to be careful that it doesn't create that are negative but the positives outweigh them in my opinion. Check out the leg "swing" that Gerry Glasco teaches. Pretty similar to what Erika Piancastelli uses and she just tore up the athletes unlimited league...
