As a player I would have loved it if more teams had tarps because it would have allowed us to play even though the weather wasn't perfect. Yes, it affects the game, but it does so for both team. Part of the great thing about this sport is players and coaches learning to adapt when necessary. Often times, the team that makes the necessary adjustments the fastest is the one that comes out on top. It's an important life lesson to learn. I think tarps are awesome! Anything that allows us to PLAY (safely of course) is a great thing - even if the conditions aren't perfect.
