But, occasionally you will need to remind hitters to put real effort into their swings. My go-to reminder is "No cheap swings! Get your money's worth!".

Any Simple words _____ ______ ____ you use?

the two i use most are:

"Pitch Selection". This reminds my daughter to be patient and look for the perfect pitch in her zone (until she gets two strikes). We dont really care if they are called strikes.

"Quick Hands". We say this when we see a fast pitcher or shes late getting the bat through the zone. Sometimes girls think swinging harder is how you get faster. The quick hands helps prevent them from trying to swing out of their shoes. In this case, less it more.
