I sent the 33% to my kid to listen to. She's definitely a middle 33, but mostly in her own head. In the dugout the vast majority of the time, she's considered a "proton." I've really tried to prepare her for leadership roles. She's only a freshman this year, but I try to help her understand that the pitcher sets the tone. She's up, they're up. She's down, they're defeated. Lift them up, always. I think it would be good for all the kids to watch that one, though.
