Replacement Pitcher Warmups

Playing NSA. Girls pitches for Three innings and is replaced with another pitcher. Now bottom of 6th 2 outs bases loaded Visitors up by 1. Bring in original pitcher to try to get last out. Shouldn't the pitcher get some warm up throws? Time had already expired.

BTW she came back from a 3-0 count to get the K.

I do not know NSA specifically but I think the rules are fairly consistent between rule sets:

Pitchers can return to pitching position any number of times (as long as they were not removed due to a rule violation), but if they return in the same inning, no warm-up pitches are allowed.

I think the number they get varies from 3 – 6 depending on rule set and circumstances.

(Since you were still playing I assume the time limit was something like “No inning will start after …”. The rules do not change because of this. Do not let them rush you.)
