From what I understand the Redcord system and the way it is used is distinctly different from TRX in that there seem to be more "slings" used which hold your entire body up in the air. Used creatively however I believe (as Ken B states) that a TRX system (combined with bosu/therapy balls and blocks) could produce similar results. There are a ton of videos and workouts available about how to use the TRX. I have a TRX but have not (yet) used it in all the ways it can be!
