Is it a replitable recruiting program or anyone with thoughts about how to go about college recruiting?

I met Cathy personally at the Boulder/Denver 4th of July tournaments many years ago. She knows all the college coaches. She is a wonderful person, honest and very knowledgeable. She doesn't try to feed you BS about playing college. She is the real deal.
