At setup, dorsiflex your wrist -- ie, point you palm not your knuckles toward the pitcher (there will be some variance). Pivot around hands, smallest circumference, not elbow, the biggest. Show the difference. Have hitter notice how hands work as they pullback (scap, back, whatever). A Power V, if I understand what is meant by it, is a no teach IMO it would be hard to lose it if you do the things I mentioned.
