What comes first? Direction or tilt? That is how tilt is created. It’s really a no teach. The front leg and front elbow do the adjusting in good swings.
Learn how to use your hands. The hand/barrel path dictates tilt.
Here’s a good tutorial on why a push is a push. Also why knob to ball gets a bad rep. Casey is perfect with his analysis.
Edit: learn how to use your hands and how to ‘load’ them.
The hand path/barrel path dictate how you tilt. Watch the hands create direction first. Then watch the body adhere to that direction. Show me a hitter that tilts before he directs. The hands do not create tilt. You can feel like the lead elbow takes you to the ball location, but it doesn't dictate tilt.
The pitched ball determines what the body will do.
The eyes provide information to the brain. With this 'provided' information the body determines what to do or nor do.
Then hands operate independent of the brain? No wonder I cannot stop myself from giving people the finger when I am driving!!The brain/eyes tell the body when to stop and plant. They don’t direct the body On how/where to swing the bat. The hands set direction.

Don't be jealous, my timing is impeccable...Your comedic timing isn’t good... But anyway. If you want to get into feel.. sure the brain/eyes tell the hands what to do. But from a physical sense nope. The hands tell the body.
