One thing you don't see in most youth hitters is a pre swing rhythm as being done by this hitter to pre tune the swing/load (or Tonus in the pre-swing). The just freeze and then attempt to move into position from a stand still.
Youth hitters have to be careful with this type of movement. Many of them will not get off their back leg and their entire backside collapses with very little forward movement. They need to understand that the back hip takes the load and maintains the load during the forward movement, not the thigh.
