pitching rotation

DD plays on a 12u travel team with three decent pitchers. All capable of throwing strikes and with fairly similar changeups and drop balls. Coaches like to change pitchers in the late innings to throw off batters timing. Pitcher A cruises at 55,56, pitcher B cruises at 49,50, pitcher C cruises at 45,47. I was wondering what you guys thought about changing speeds with the pitchers. Is it better to start the slower pitcher and get faster, or start the faster pitcher and then go to a slower girl? i know there are lots of variables but, in general, which method would you prefer?

DD's coach tries to know the competition. If he doesn't, he will generally start the pitcher with heat and slow it down if necessary.

Try to watch the game they play before they play you (if possible), and adjust for the pitching they face in that game.
