Pitching replant (crow hop)

you are right so far, that at the start of the pitch she is legal. but by the time she gets here (see image below) she is far (about 3 feet far!) from legal.

I think she is also replanting and pushing again- my daughter used to pitch similar - taught by a pitching coach in Florida that we ran fast from 3 years ago- I can usually pick a pitcher from that same coach a mile away. In the above pic her back leg is bent and firmly
On the ground at 12- at that point she straightens the leg pushing her upper body forward and still has the ball around 6 almost toppling her with no FSR and foot moving forward again- it can be hard to see in full speed but if you slow one down and watch it a few times in slo mo then every one you watch after at full speed is pretty easy to spot.
