Pitcher head movement

one of our pitchers has a really bad habit of leaning her head to the left during the pitch. not sure if anyone has a fix for this. I think it comes more from her trying to muscle the pitch vs being lose. any thoughts?

Without video hard to know. Check glove swim, shoulders flying, back shoulder rising to muscle the ball, and even eye sight can play a role. Sometimes your drag can be late and you snatch back to make it drag up.

How is this effecting her pitching? Is she struggling? My thoughts are head leaning left is better than leaning right for a RHP

Use video, have her work the motion in front of a mirror so she can see what she's doing. Have video of other high level pitchers for her to compare/relate to that don't have this movement. Solid posture and focused energy.
