Pickoff attempt

R1 at 1st base. After the ball has been pitched and R1 gets her lead catcher tries to pick her off at 1st base.
Ball gets by the 1st baseman and goes over the fence.
Does R1 only get 1 baee or 2 bases for the overthrow?
