I have a perent in Canadice, NY looking for an IR instructor. I can't find Rosie's chart. The parent also asked about online instructions. I don't think I want to do that but I am interested in how well online works. Personally, I need to see non-mechanical cues.

I'm 99% certain, Mike M. is "Javasource" on this forum. I know many here regard him very highly so, if that's him (and you can get in to see him), it's a pretty good option.

Allow yourself to execute. Believe where the ball is going. Confidence. Breathe. Relax. Let it happen.
In other words, some personal attention and individualized coaching? That can be accomplished online and using video but it can take some extra care and work to establish that relationship. Not everyone is good with forming that bond and trust but it can be done.
Yep, I like to be able to see and hear the student in person. Body language, voice inflection, eye movement can tell me a lot about dedication, motivation, personality, etc.
