Perfect Game Softball Tournaments

My understanding of the showcases run by PG, you attend as an individual and are assigned a team. You play the games with the assigned team and everything is tracked and evaluated by PG. They then make available all scouting reports with data available.

Our organization has been approached to work with them to host a "standard" tournament. Trying to evaluate whether it is a good fit.

So, news is PGF and PG have combined forces to create PG Softball this week. So what does that mean for PGF Softball? Hopefully one of y'all has the answers. My research is not really getting me anywhere.

After an initial conversation to express some interested, they told us their interested in expanding to our area was going on hold. Haven't paid attention since then.
