Excellent post Ken. It's definitely something we all should remember...especially the older coaches such as myself since we didn't grow up with that "instant Google knowledge. "

To your point, practice does not translate to games immediately. The more pressure they are under the more likely they are to drop back to what you are trying to change.

Patience.
