Oversized Balls to help with Spin

I'm not a pitching coach but unless the pitcher has larger hands she is going to be holding the ball too deep in the hand and not with the finger tips . Seems as though she will be struggling to just hold onto the ball and that could effect arm motion.

Like I said I'm no pitching coach. Just thinking out loud.
Think of it in increments as softballs/and training balls are made in multiple sizes.
There will/should be a slightly larger size that can be utilized.
For tiny hands to giant hands.

I will often bounce between several different sized balls between every third or fourth pitch...
The point is to get her to feel the grip with her fingers.
14", 12", 11", baseball, and a zipp ball (they're between a golf ball and a baseball)
All of these have a stripe painted on them to see correct spin axis.
