I think they both should be about 40 mph, I want to see 50. After seeing these clips and the feedback I have no doubt about the 40 mph being realistic fairly quickly.

Their identical twins and 10. They will be 11 in February, so they will be 11 playing 10u.

She needs to keep the hips under the upperbody or the upper body/torso over the hips. Either way the hips aren't under her.
