Opinions on Queen of the Hill

Wanting to know everyone's opinion on this. My 11 yr old DD has excellent control and has a couple pitches. The only thing she lacks is speed. Any opinions on this product or any others are appreciated.

You might put this in the pitching section. I am curious about this gadget too. It seems pretty expensive.
