Daughter is 14 and 5'8 and about 150lbs, I expect she is not done growing  She is a power hitter usually in the 3-4th slot. She currently has a 33/23 2019 Power Carbon. She had a good fall with it but I am thinking she may need a longer bat. We have a 2014 34/24 Xeno that is pretty much new that was given to us, how do these two bats compare? Also looking at the Ghost but not sure if the 34/24 will be to heavy. Any recommendations?

I'd say 33 is still perfect length for now. If she is power hitter, I'd look at a 33" drop -9.

The 2019 Xeno and 2019 Power Carbon are very similar in feel/sound/pop. I have no experience with the 2014 Xeno.

If she likes the PC, i'd give the 33"/22 Power Carbon a try.

So Cal
At her size, either a 33 or 34 will be just fine. Go with what feels best in her hands. IMO, 32 is too short for a player her height.

FWIW, my DD is 15yo, 5'-7"/160lbs, and hits the ball pretty hard. Her current weapon of choice is a 33/23 Ghost. She's been swinging this size and weight for over 2 years.

I agree with the last two. But especially if she likes the PC, a 33 drop 9 PC or LXT would be what I'd recommend trying. LXT is supposed to be very similar to PC in weight and balance. Xeno is probably 0.5 to 0.8 ounces heavier than PC at same length/ drop. So that 34/24 Xeno is probably 25.2 ounces while the 33/23 PC is probably 23.4 ounces. I thought Xeno maybe a little less balanced than PC too...So, the xeno being possibly 2 ounces heavier and an inch longer is a pretty big jump. But you got it so try it.

Right Here For Now
DD is 20 YO, 5'9", 185 pounds and has been swinging a 34" bat since the age of 14. She currently swings a 34/26 Ghost in college. If your DD can handle the additional length/weight of a longer bat without it adversely affecting her swing mechanics, then go for it. She will lose some bat speed initially but that is easily remedied with a combination of overloading and underloading. The main thing is swing mechanics.
That said, the Xeno and PC will probably feel similar to her but the Xeno is a little more end-loaded and the PC will be a hotter bat IMO. The Ghost swings light according to DD but she grew up a metalhead so everything swings light to her. However, others I've talked to said much the same thing.

Try a 34" -8. Specifically a 2016 LXT. Hottest bat DD has ever swung.

All depends on her swing and preference... I.e. balanced or end loaded...

Xeon is end loaded so she may not feel confident with it. Have her work with it and if she isn't feeling it maybe you want to go with a more balanced 34-10 like an LXT.

DD has been swinging a 34-10 LXT since 16u and she is 5'4". Slapping instructors 1st move was to take her from 32-10 to this for plate coverage... Only way it worked was because it was an LXT...

Once you get to a 34" you can work on balanced vs. End loaded and lower drops.

Main issue is feel and strength...

Her 2019 33/23 PC was replaced on warranty with a 2020. Will this bat be about the same ? Figure we will stick with it for a while.
