I think some people just give up like Sean Dixon.

Jaime is from Thehittingmechanic. He was showing pics of terrible examples and saying this is how the swing happens.

If we are going to list all the swing instruction nonsense, this will be DFP's biggest and longest thread ever.

I know that Jamie's main emphasis is a straight front arm and he encourages arm bar and that the front arm was held close to the chest in the swings of the best hitters in history.

You can find that in hitters, although he combined that with the hands dropping and the barrel flattening out. In the seminar he said the lower body just does what it does.

If dropping the hands and flattening the barrel was a good thing then most kids would have a HOF/HLP swing.
