DD pitched the entire semi-final game at the USSSA state championship tournament and got the team to the finals. She pitched a no hit, no walk, and no run game. It would have been a perfect game if not for a teammate making the same mistake twice (letting the ball go between her legs.) Thanksfully, the quick thinking 1st base player got both of these runners out when they were rounding home. Pitching was perfect (have to brag) and the fielding was amazing.

The team won 1st and 2nd in every one of their 5 tournaments this season. DD pitched most of the games at these tournaments, which isn't ideal but at the same time boosted her confidence. Here's to her other coach who wouldn't pitch her due to her height.

Short pitchers are awful, forget pitching they should not even be allowed to play for a serious Team.

Good for her. Also good for her not letting her defense tying her up a little bit effect her.
