Downside is it is not very forgiving on miss hits due to the ridged barrel sleeve.

Not forgiving because that sleeve is the only part that is double walled. These bats HAVE
to have a tiny barrel because if not, it would weigh 6 ounces over sticker...haha. Its metal,
so its heavier than composite. If they made a huge barrel, they wouldnt be able to even be
remotely close to sticker...its already like 3 ounces over.
Thats what makes these bats not very popular. They are way heavy and very small sweetspot.

lol its not any more over weight than any of the ghosts we have. would not get this bat for a beginner or someone that needs more swing help. Still hits absolute bombs!! 60 degrees and under or machine pitch its one of the Andersons or the Camwood for practice. Exit speed wise it’s there with all the top bats including the advanced

Every RT I have weighed was about 3 ounces over, thats well over. Now I havent weighed any
newer ones.

The big problem with metal bats, a reason why most just dont bother anymore, is outside
of those small ss, the mishits are bad. Composites can still fling your hits in there if you miss
the ss, You can still get a little distance out of it if you dont square it up. As you know you're not
going to square up every hit or heck, not even a majority of them.
Not saying the RT cant launch a ball if you hit it, but so can most bats if you square them up. Its
the much higher average you are going to carry on balls you dont square up with composites
and their much bigger ss and barrels.
