New to I/R—ball going to the left consistently

I suppose you could as a precursor to pitching it. Like cornbread mentioned the hips can also play a role in the ball going to the left.

Could doing this from one knee be effective as well? Thinking of 9 year olds so they just concentrate/isolate their release and not the rest of their body
I don't like the one knee thing. I've seen small ones at that age that have trouble with balance or their hips are not open the correct amount to make it useful.

My DD goes to a tincher. She warms up with no leg movement. Feet pointed 45 degrees to home with the front foot staggered slighted back (front toes in line with back mid foot).

Right handed P missing constantly left... With out a video, I'd bet it's a posture issue.... Over rotating her chest towards the C with too much bend in her elbow. Will almost always send the ball high and out
