I think a balanced drop 9 would certainly work fine. I am hesitant about an end-loaded drop 9 though but that is probably more in my head than anything. I also worry that since bat speed has been preached to her recently that she might mess herself up mentally simply because a bat says drop 9. And has been mentioned on here plenty of times; they swing a bat they like better than one they don't. I might weigh her current bat just to have a starting point for reference.
