NCAA Covid Automatic Waiver

My daughter is a D1 freshman so the Eligibility Center /waiver is foreign to me. Can someone please explain in layman's terms what this means?

Your image is cut off ... but it looks as if it is talking about waiving (or altering) the ACT/SAT score requirements since many standardized testing companies have not been offering testing. It may be talking about other academic requirements as well (since high schools and colleges have been "working" remotely).
