Cabrera’s barrel pivoting about the hands instantly. Girls barrel doesn’t pivot until her arms move her hands in front of her rotation. The arms are the enemy. Control them.

That is her normal cage swing from what I have seen on youtube and the like. I also saw on a Justin Stone Twitter tweet that her swing set records on their testing equipment. Not sure what that was.

Ive never really been a fan of her swing but it has definitely been productive for her.

Like you said, It's her normal swing and it has been productive for her. She's obviously a very good athlete with impeccable timing. Love the way she uses her body to generate power.
