Good video putting together some "talking points" about Jordan's career.

#4 is, in my opinion, the most important for parents to understand.

Learning about failure is important. It is OK to fail...we all do.

Parents try hard to take failure away from kids, by making excuses or by putting them on teams where they can't fail.

That's a good video with MJ . Timely also as I've been preaching to my DD's the benefits of stretching and flexibilty and using Mike's (and his old trainer and strength coach, Tim Grover) thought's and approach to it. At 17 they don't realize the toll that all of their sports and workouts are taking on their bodies... I'm hoping they'll remember me repeatedly working with them on it when they get those middle/old age aches and pains!

I thought it was pretty funny(and impressive) that he said he really didnt really know what he was doing until after he hit the shot in college. Very early to figure it out in my opinion.

He "retired" to play baseball when he was 30.

Very nice video.

Great video.

My favorite part was #5 - High expectation, set the bar high, and not to become complacent. There is always something to improve upon.
